Mommy and Me Yoga, from 10 – 10:20 a.m., ages 0–23 months: During this storytime, use yoga-inspired stories to bond and stretch with your baby. No yoga experience is necessary. Bring a blanket for your baby each week, with yoga mats provided. Register.

Adult Writing Group, from 6:30 – 8 p.m., adults: Join novice and experienced writers alike and hear their stories, as well as share your own. Drop in.

CPLD Book Discussion Group, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., adults: Join us to discuss “It Ends with Us,” by Colleen Hoover. Copies of the book are available at the library. Drop in.

“The History of the Beatles,” from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., adults: With performance and interview clips, we’ll trace the arc of the Beatles’ career from their development in Liverpool, through Beatlemania, into their psychedelic phase, and finally their dissolution. Register.

Comics and Cookies: “Fox and Rabbit Make Believe,” from 4:30 – 5:15 p.m., grades K/second: Join us to discuss the book, eat some cookies, and use fall items to create art. Register.

AARP Smart Driver TEK Workshop, from 10 – 11:30 a.m., adults: This workshop offers an interactive way to stay up-to-date with the latest safety technology in your current or future car. Learn all about what new technologies are available, how they work, and how they can increase confidence behind the wheel. Register.

Tailgating, from 6:30 – 8 p.m., adults, Zoom: Join Chef Kristyn Slick, online, to learn how to make fun and unique tailgating foods. Register.

Preschool Pals, from 1 – 2 p.m., ages four/five: During this independent storytime experience, children will enjoy spending time with other pre-schoolers, while listening to stories, learning songs and fingerplays, and playing games. Register.

Mobile Workforce Center, from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m., adults: Receive help with resume development, cover letters, job listings, and job applications. Drop in.

Anime Club, from 3 – 4:30 p.m., grades sixth/12th: Join us for a screening of “Mob Psycho 100.” Snacks and bottled water provided. Drop in.

The Mystery of Living – Packing for Syria, with Agatha Christie, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.: Join Agatha Christie in 1949 at her home in Devon as she packs for an adventure in Syria, followed by an in-character question and answer session. Actress Betsey Means will bring the “Queen of Crime” to life for you. Register.

Coding with Dash, from 10 – 11 a.m., grades third/fifth: Each session will focus on a specific challenge to help students get an introduction to using block-based programming and Code, with a focus on robotics. Register.

International Chocolate Day, from 2 – 4 p.m. for all ages: Taste chocolate from around the world and vote for your favorite! Drop in.
