The Vedette meets the legal qualifications for any Legal Notice required to be published in a newspaper in Will and Kankakee Counties. After proper notice has been given to the renter and it is time for publishing the notice in the newspaper, an advertisement of the sale or other disposition shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation where the self-service storage facility is located. The advertisement shall include The name of the facility, address, telephone number, date, time, location, and manner of lien sale and the occupant(s) name and unit number. The sale or other disposition shall take place not sooner than 15 days after the first publication.
