Graduations

During the University of Alabama’s fall commencement at Coleman Coliseum in Tuscaloosa, Ennis Lange was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Grace Otto received a Bachelor of Science in Education. Both graduates are from New Lenox.

Amanda Marie McClellan, from Monee, was awarded a Bachelor of Science, Summa Cum Laude, in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus after the fall term.

Dean’s/President’s Lists

The University of Dubuque congratulates Makenzie Schussler, of Manhattan, who was named to the Dean’s List for the fall semester.

Seton Hall University is pleased to announce Lea Moeller, of New Lenox, has qualified for the fall Dean’s List.

Milwaukee School of Engineering congratulates the following students named to the fall semester’s academic lists: From Manhattan – Anthony Carli, Dean’s List, is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering; and Hannah Carli, Dean’s List with High Honors, is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Carissa Jones, from Monee, was named to the Honors List and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering.

Montclair State University congratulates Sydney McGann, of New Lenox, on being named to the fall Dean’s List. McGann is a Fashion Design and Merchandising major.

Nathan Tamez was named to Kettering University’s fall Dean’s List. Tamez, of Monee, is majoring in Mechanical Engineering.

Nolan Krol, of New Lenox, is among students named to the Mississippi State University’s fall President’s List.

Erica Zmuda, of New Lenox, was named to Missouri State University’s fall Dean’s List.

Kennady Mitchell, of New Lenox, was named to the fall Dean’s Honor List at Cedarville University in Ohio.

The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire congratulations students named to its fall Dean’s List, including: Molly Marquardt, from Manhattan, plus Rachel Kachinsky and Nick Skentzos, from New Lenox.

The University of Kentucky, in Lexington, released its Dean’s List for the fall semester, including the following local students: Riley Keating – Beecher; Colleen Bassett – Bourbonnais; Jenna Casey, Marianna Cruz, Campbell Greenawalt, John Kruzel, and Luke McGrane – Frankfort; Emma Doyle and Taylor Novak – Manhattan; Midodri Dotson – Manteno; and Brooke Beebe, Thomas Belka, Josephine Bernier, Patrick Kale, Grace Ladd, Madeline McDermott, Tyler Misch, Emma Olson, Molly Parham, Emma Stiglic, Emily Studenroth, and Olivia Watson – New Lenox.

Congratulations to students named to the Carthage College Dean’s List for fall in recognition of their outstanding academic achievement, including: Gabrielle Pavesich of Beecher; Alexis Picicco of Manhattan; and Abby Karpluk, Dane Hagen, Kailey Lysik, Matthew Ruggiero, Quinn Roth, and Bradley Szubryt, of New Lenox.

Iowa State University students, in Ames, were recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the fall semester Dean’s List, including: Tristan Kathleen Lucas, Matthew Nevin, and Lucy Newtoff, from Manhattan; Emma Jean Heaney – Manteno; Nicholas Melbert – Monee; and Jason Mcclafferty Barrett, Zack Edward Kogut, and Aidan Henry O’Grady – New Lenox.

The University of Iowa named fall semester President’s List students, including: Emma So, Audrey Balester, and Morgan Hujda, all of New Lenox.

Named to the Dean’s List at the University of Iowa for the fall semester were: Jade Jaworski and Gea Alberico, from Manhattan; and Mia Alamawi, Mia Fares, Meghan Harrington, Jeremy Kwak, Emma So, Taylor Wos, Audrey Balester, Faith Coverick, Isaac Simpkins, Samantha Youngren, Annabelle Andrews, Morgan Hujda, and Jada Maldonado, from New Lenox.

The University of Alabama, in Tuscaloosa, recently announced students named to the President’s List, including: From Manhattan – Nolan Adam, Caitlyn Burgess, Isabella Gentle, Cole Munn, and Myles Nelson; and from New Lenox – Caslyn Battin, Ellie DeGroot, Grace Otto, Kyra Peters, Josephine Schmitt, Jessica Weaver, and Kealey Wujcik.

The University of Alabama also announced students named to its Dean’s List, including: From Manhattan – Jack Baran, Carson Cox, Colin Kinsella, Brock O’Neill, and Connor Studer; and from New Lenox – Ava Dolezal, Ennis Lange, Benjamin Lenox, Maxwell McNally, Katherine Nash, William Nash, Hugh Raines, Anthony Sherman, Nicholas Stafford, Allison Webber, and Breck Woltman.
