April 10, at approximately 8:15 a.m., a traffic crash on Main Street resulted in minor injuries. The victim, a Monee resident, was checked out by Monee Fire after being rear ended at Briar Lane. Johanson Little, 40, of Monee was cited for following too closely.

April 10, at approximately 8:30 p.m., a Monee-Manhattan Road traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Joshua Runnels, 31, of Oak Park, for no valid registration and driving while suspended. He was processed and bonded.

April 11, at approximately 9 p.m., a traffic stop ended with the arrest of Terrell Ferrell, 25, of Chicago, for driving while revoked, no insurance, and no registration. He was processed and bonded.

April 12, at approximately 2 a.m., a traffic stop ended with the arrest of Gabrielle Brown, 35, of Hazel Crest, for driving while suspended, no insurance, and no registration. She was processed and bonded.

April 13, at approximately 2 a.m., a traffic stop ended with the arrest of Kenneth D. Storey, 22, of Chicago, for driving while suspended and suspended registration. He was processed and bonded.

April 13, at approximately 10:30 p.m., a vehicle stop on Monee-Manhattan Road resulted in the arrest of Lesley Warren, 38, of LaSalle, for driving while suspended and no insurance. She was processed and bonded.

April 14, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Sherrod T. Chandler, 39, of Peotone, was arrested in the area of W. Monee-Manhattan Road and I-57 for possession of cannabis, after being stopped in the 6300 block of W. Monee-Manhattan Road for having an out headlight. Cannabis was discovered after the officer smelled a strong odor of cannabis emitting from the vehicle. Chandler was charged with the following: Possession of cannabis 500-2,000 grams (1,357 grams recovered), improper lighting – one headlight, and driving with a revoked driver’s license.

April 14, at approximately 8:20 a.m., officers arrested Raul Colindres-Martinez, 58, of Monee, for battery. Colindres-Martinez was identified after he approached the victim and started kissing and touching her baby. When he was told to leave her alone, he began following her and making threats. He was located and processed.

April 16, at approximately 10:40 p.m., officers took a theft report from a Tampa woman who reported several parts had been taken off of her truck tractor in the Petro lot on Monee-Manhattan Road. The parts were valued in excess of $1000. Investigations is following up.
