Help for Job Seekers, from 1-3:30 p.m. This service is provided by the Mobile Workforce Center in the library’s parking lot. Drop-in.

Senior Companion Program, from 1-3 p.m. Kathy Schweikart, from Catholic Charities, will present information on a free service and volunteer opportunities in our community.

Young Adult (for adults) Book Club, Zoom, from 6-7 p.m., featuring The Hobbit, by J.R.R. Tolkien.

Wednesday, March 16

Toddler Time, kit for children, ages two/three years. Register for kit.

Teen Video Tournament, for ages 13-18. Virtual event. Register.

Thursday, March 17

Preschool Art Play, kit for children, ages four/five years. Register for kit.

STEAM: March Madness, kit for children, grades K/five. Learn the science of basketball. Register.

Knot Just for Knitters, from 6:30-7:30 p.m., for adults and teens. Share camaraderie, while working on knitting, crocheting, or any other type of needlework. Drop-in.

Friday, March 18

Cutting the Cable Cord, from 10-11 a.m., for adults. Learn about the types of streaming services available. Register.

Saturday, March 19

Grandma Nellie’s Scrapbook: Identifying and Interpreting Historic Photographs, from 2-3 p.m., for adults. Many people become heirs to a box of unidentified family photos and have no clue what to do with them. Genealogist Tina Beaird offers solutions for identifying these ‘lost’ family members by teaching attendees how to use genealogy sources, in conjunction with observational techniques. Register.
