Thursday, March 16

Primetime for Preschool, from 1 – 2 p.m., ages four/five: During this independent storytime experience, children spend time with other preschoolers, while listening to stories and enjoying songs, finger plays, games, and learning stations. Register.

STEAM Kids – Rainbow Revelries, from 6 – 7 p.m., grades K/second: Join friends and experiment with density and absorption to make your own rainbows, plus spectroscopes! Register.

Irish Cookery, from 6:30 – 8 p.m., Zoom, adults: Cook along with Chef Kristyn Slick and discover how the food and cooking of Ireland is steeped in history and heritage. Register.

Friday, March 17

Book Babies, from 10 – 10:30 a.m., ages 0–23 months: Welcome baby to the library and meet other families for stories, finger plays, and rhymes. Register.

Senior Companion Program, from 11 a.m. – noon, adults: Kathy Schweikart, Senior Companion Program Coordinator for Catholic Charities, will present information on a free service and volunteer opportunity in our community. Register.

Teen Craft Connection, from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m., grades six – 12. Join us to make a mini terrarium. Drop in.

Saturday, March 18

Coding with Dash, from 10 – 11 a.m., grades three/five: Each session focuses on a specific challenge to help students get an introduction to using block-based programming and code, with a focus on robotics. Register.

Monday, March 20

Lyrics with the Library, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., ages 14 – adult: This club is made for music lovers. A Song that Replenishes You is this month’s theme. Those attending are encouraged to bring a song to share that you think fits the theme, or come ready to hear about new music. Drop in.

Tuesday, March 21

EPIC Graphic Novel Club – “Doodleville,” from 4:30 – 5:15 p.m., grades three/five: Join others to discuss “Doodleville,” by Chad Sell, immerse yourself in artwork, and create our very own Doodles to take on adventures with the group. Register.

Young Adult (for adults) Book Club, from 6 – 7 p.m.: Join us for a discussion of “The Outsiders,” by S.E. Hinton. Register.

Wednesday, March 22

The Essential Houdini, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., adults: Join the group to hear stories of Houdini – the world’s handcuff king, original prison breaker, and master magician. Register.

Thursday, March 23

Film Club, from 5:30 – 8 p.m., adults: Enjoy watching “The Banshees of Inisherin” on the library’s big screen, with refreshments and a short discussion following the movie. Drop in.

STEAM Tots – Color Creations, from 6 – 7 p.m. ages three/five who are in preschool, with a parent: Join us to mix, drop, and fizz colors together to see what rainbows can be created! As we mix, we’ll explore why oil and water don’t mix, states of matter, and reactions with baking soda and vinegar. Register.

Friday, March 24
