On Wednesday, May 3, the Lady Bobcats traveled to Lincoln-Way Central in a non-conference game, but were shutout, 3-0. On the day, Beecher’s bats were silent in the shutout, while Lincoln-Way scored 3 runs on 5 hits. Ava Lorenzatti, who is 12-2, took the loss.

The next day, May 4, the ladies again were on the road, this time traveling to Peotone for another non-conference battle, this time coming home with a 4-0 win. Beecher scored 4 runs, on 8 hits, along with 2 errors. For the Lady Blue Devils in the shutout, they were able only to muster 2 hits, along with one error. Freshman Taylor Norkus took the win and currently is 7-1 in the circle.

Beecher currently is 23-3 overall.
