Will County Clerk Lauren Staley Ferry reminds voters Early Voting for the April 4 Consolidated Election expanded to 25 locations across Will County on Monday, March 20.

Early Voting at the Will County Clerk’s Office, 302 N. Chicago Street in downtown Joliet, also continues through Monday, April 3.

Hours for Early Voting vary, depending upon the location. Early Voting hours will expand to include weekend and evening hours at many of these locations starting on March 27.

Citizens, who must register to vote or change their address, may participate in Grace Period Registration and Voting at an Early Voting location if they bring two forms of identification, one of which must show the voter’s address. Voters must register and cast their ballot during that visit.

A complete list of Early Voting locations and hours, as well as Grace Period registration requirements, may be found online by visiting willcountyclerk.gov and clicking on Early Voting.

During the past four years, County Clerk Staley Ferry expanded the number of Early Voting locations and said, “Voters have many options to cast their ballots. Early Voting has become extremely popular, because it makes voting more convenient for citizens who cannot cast their ballots on Election Day.”
