Frankfort Village Board Approves First Historic Landmark Residence

At their November 7 meeting, trustees of the Frankfort Village Board passed a proposal designating structures located at 204 Hickory Street as a landmark under provisions of the village’s Historic Preservation ordinance. Frankfort’s Historic Preservation Commission recommended establishing the first residential landmark in the village back in October, at the behest of the property owner, Judy Schultz.
