In late August, the University of Iowa in Iowa City welcomed another academically accomplished cohort of students to campus. Tallen Lawrence, of New Lenox, is among this talented group of freshmen.

Miles Hagen, from New Lenox, who is studying Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, has earned a roster spot on the Warhawk men’s soccer team for the 2023 season.

“We are excited about this upcoming season. We took the team to Ireland over this summer, and it was a great bonding experience,” said Head Coach Tony Guinn. “We have many challenging opponents on our schedule, but we look forward to representing our school and competing.”
