December 7, S. Rt. 53 and W. South Arsenal Road, Wilmington: Michael F. Culbreath, 55, of Wilmington, was cited for no valid driver’s license and speeding.
December 7, E. Division and Curtis Street, Reed: Robin Rowzie, 58, of 1072 E. Division Street in Diamond, was arrested for DUI, improper lane usage, improper turn at intersection, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
East Townships
December 9, 23000 block of S. Plum Valley Drive, Crete: Persons unknown broke into a residence and stole USC and ransacked the home.
December 10, S. Will-Center Road and W. Roberts Ridge Road, Monee: Frank T. Furlan, 59, of Monee, was cited for driving while license suspended.
December 11, S. Western and W. Norfolk Avenue, Crete: Erica Green, 39, of University Park, was cited for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no registration lights, and driving with suspended registration.
December 12, in the 5200 block of W. Pauling Road, Monee: Person/s unknown entered an unfinished garage/residence and stole an airless sprayer, portable generator, bench grinder, space heater, circular saw, and various other tools.
Frankfort and New Lenox
December 7, Delaney Road and Farm View, New Lenox: Eric D. Sims, 31, of Richton Park, was cited for aggravated speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He also was held on an active FTA warrant.
December 8, at 7655 W. St. Francis Road, 7-11 Store, Frankfort: Around 1:40 a.m., deputies received a call regarding an armed robbery that had just occurred. Deputies spoke with the clerk, who stated three black males had robbed the store. He stated two subjects entered, and one displayed a firearm and walked towards the backroom. He then began filling up a duffle bag with nine cartons of Newport cigarettes. The other subject remained at the cash register where he removed USC. A third subject then entered the store with a backpack and stole a bottle of Jack Daniels, five packs of cigarettes, 25 posh cigars, 30 backwoods cigars, and 30 BLK cigars. All three subjects then exited the store walking eastbound.
December 9, I-355 and I-80, New Lenox: Daniel McFadden, 42, was arrested for following too closely, improper turn signal, illegal window tint, possession of cannabis, and possession of cannabis with intent to distribute.
December 9, in the 8100 block of W. Harvest Drive, Frankfort: Victim stated around 2 p.m. he returned home and discovered that person/s unknown had broken into his residence. His house was ransacked, and offender/s stole a wedding band, assorted jewelry, silver coins, and $100.
West Townships
December 8, Dan Ireland Court, Plainfield: Person/s unknown stole a 2012 Kia Sorento from the driveway of a residence. The vehicle was unlocked, with the keys inside at time of theft.
December 12, in the 2600 block of Vision Avenue, Plainfield: Ryan McCorkle, 30, of 6018 S. Vernon Avenue in Chicago, was arrested for two counts of possession with intent to deliver.
December 12, Caton Farm Road and S. County Line, Plainfield: Jennifer Stone, 29, of 30 Bradford Road in Joliet, was arrested for possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.
Homer Glen
December 7, W. 143rd and S. Mallard Drive: Sandra Ruzich, 38, of Oak Forest, was cited for aggravated speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
December 8, at 12037 W. 159th Street, Kenwood Liquors: While on routine patrol, deputies observed a silver vehicle backed into a parking spot on the east side of the business. Deputies observed multiple male subjects near the trunk of the vehicle and also observed a broken window of the business. Deputies yelled verbal commands to the subjects, who jumped into the vehicle and sped off. The store owner arrived on the scene. Deputies cleared the building for any offenders and observed multiple bottles of alcohol misplaced. Security footage was being reviewed.
Lockport
December 12, at 112 Connor Avenue, Rigoni Brothers: Owner stated person/s unknown stole a 2002 Saturn from the parking lot of the business. The vehicle was unlocked, with a set of keys inside at time of theft. While on the scene, deputies were informed the vehicle had been observed in the Car Collision on 12/11/22, with an occupant going through other vehicles in that business parking lot and stealing items.
Joliet
December 6, W. Jefferson and N. Raynor: Ivan Gallardo, 20, of Joliet, was cited for no valid driver’s license.
December 6, Rt. 59 and Theodore: Eileen Delgado, 20, of Joliet, was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and suspended registration.
December 7, Bradford Road: Person/s unknown stole a 2014 Kia Optima from the parking lot of an apartment complex.
December 8, S. Briggs and Second Avenue: Christian Orth, 21, of Shorewood, was cited for aggravated speeding.
December 8, Bradford Road: Person/s unknown smashed out a window on a 2015 Hyundai Tucson. Nothing was missing from inside.
December 8, Bradford Road: Person/s unknown stole a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from the parking lot of an apartment complex. Offender/s broke a window to gain access.
December 9, Chase and Lloyds Avenue: Aldo Vega, 32, of 428 Elwood St. in Joliet, was arrested for aggravated DUI, DUI, operating vehicle with no valid driver’s license, and improper lighting.
December 11, Williamson and Harrison Avenue: While on routine patrol, deputies observed a 2012 Kia Carryall that hit as a stolen vehicle. Deputies activated their emergency lights and observed a male black subject driving the vehicle. Deputies followed the vehicle, which was attempting to flee. Deputies lost sight of the vehicle for a short time and discovered it on Fairmount Avenue, still running, but unoccupied. The vehicle was found with several cell phones inside. The vehicle was returned to its owner.
December 11, in the 400 block of E. Cass: Enrique Nieves, 54, of 219 N. Eastern Avenue in Joliet, was arrested for aggravated DUI, DUI, driving while license suspended, suspended registration, and expired registration. Nieves was held on an active FTA warrant.
December 12, in the 700 block of Blackhawk Street: Jesus Rosales, 21, of 615 Pontiac in Joliet, was arrested for burglary to motor vehicle, criminal damage to property, theft more than $500, theft, and burglary.
December 12, in the 300 block of Madison Street: Tyrone Boykins, 33, of 412 N. Hickory in Joliet, was arrested for aggravated battery to a correctional officer, criminal damage to property, attempting to escape, and resisting a correctional officer.
December 12, at 1600 E. Washington Street, Citgo: Princeton Jones, 33, of 322 Woodcreek Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested for theft more than $500 and criminal damage to property.
December 12, in the 400 block of Davison: Person/s unknown stole a 2008 Chevy Silverado from the driveway of a residence.
