Another townhouse building project will take place on the southern side of Frankfort. Flaherty Builders, Inc., proposes to construct a 32-unit townhome development on a vacant 9.7-acre site at the northwest corner of Laraway Road and 116th Avenue.
At its February 6 meeting, the Frankfort Village Board voted yes to rezone the parcel from its current Estate Residential District status to Attached Single Family Residential. The board must still grant a special use permit for the project and approve the development plan, which it is expected to do at a future meeting
