Monee Police Blotter: September 4 – 10

September 4, at approximately 4 p.m., Kevin Washington, 49, of South Bend, was arrested on a Will County warrant for criminal trespass. Washington was located on Monee-Manhattan Road after causing a disturbance at the Quality Inn. He was processed and bonded.

September 5, at approximately 10 a.m., officers cleared up a disturbance at the Red Roof Inn involving Sandy Jones, 46, of Monee. Jones was found to have a Will County warrant for shoplifting. She was processed and transported.

September 5, at approximately 12:30 p.m., a Chicago man reported his 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee had been stolen from a Monee business. According to the victim, he left his vehicle at a Sunset Drive business for repair. The business owner stated he had not seen the vehicle since December. He thought the owner had it. The saga continues…

September 6, at approximately 5 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Ladeborah Bowers, 34, of Chicago, for driving while suspended, suspended registration, and no insurance. She was processed and bonded.

September 9, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Dee Dee McGill, 57, of Monee, surrendered herself to Monee Officers for a Will County warrant. McGill was wanted for possession of a controlled substance. She was able to post bond.

September 10, at approximately 8 p.m., Keetwon Montgomery, 29, of Monee, was arrested on a Will County warrant for failure to appear. He was located by patrol near his residence and transported to the Will County Detention Center.
