Spread the love

On August 3, at approximately 1:31 p.m., Monee Officers were dispatched to 6002 West Monee-Manhattan Road regarding a burglary to a vehicle. Upon the officers arrival, they met with the driver of a semi, which was parked overnight in the travel center. When he checked his semi-trailer, the driver said the seal and lock had been removed. The driver inspected his load, believed nothing was taken, and had no further information.

On August 5, at approximately 3:51 p.m., a traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Samual Walker, 34, of Alsip. Walker was issued citations for driving while his license was suspended and operating a motor vehicle with a license plate cover. He was released with a notice-to-appear via his citations.

On August 7, at approximately 1:07 p.m., a traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Sterling Trayvion Eugene Davis, 31, of Homewood, who was issued citations for speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. During the traffic stop, officers learned Davis had an outstanding warrant out of Pike County. After posting the bond amount for the warrant, Davis was released with a notice-to-appear via his citations.

On August 7, at approximately 4:39 p.m., a Monee Officer performed an investigative stop on a vehicle to check the occupant’s driver’s license status. The traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Antonio Hatley, 34, of Matteson, who was issued a citation for driving while his license was suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle. During the arrest, officers observed a firearm in plain view and found it readily accessible. Hatley received additional charges for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon – on the person or in the vehicle and was taken to the Monee Police Department for processing and released with a notice-to-appear for his violations.

On August 7, at approximately 10:12 p.m., a traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Jeanne Polk, 24, of Matteson, who was issued citations for no valid registration, driving while her license was suspended, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Polk was released with a notice-to-appear via her citations.

On August 7, at approximately 11:32 p.m., a traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Antonio Hatley, 34, of Matteson, who was issued a citation for driving while his license was suspended. Antonio was released with a notice-to-appear via his citation.
