Preschool Prodigies, from 1 – 2 p.m., ages four/five in preschool: Listen to stories, sing songs, learn fingerplays, play learning games, and make hands-on crafts at this preschool storytime that focuses on the alphabet. Register.

STEAM Tweens – Pokémon Trainers, from 6 – 7 p.m., grades third/fifth: Pokémon are so different and varied, and there is so much to learn about them! Join us as we learn more about the different types of Pokémon and how their powers connect back to real science we can see around us. Register.

Trivia Night at Evil Horse, from 7 – 9 p.m., adults: Anything Goes is this month’s theme. Compete on your own or bring a group of friends. Prizes will be awarded. Seating is first come, first served. Drop in.

Retro Movie Fridays, from 2:30 – 4:45 p.m., all ages: Watch a retro movie from the ’80s, ’90s, or early 2000s every Friday. Showing “Mean Girls” (2004), Rated PG-13. Register.

Babies’ Morning Out, from 10 – 10:45 a.m., ages 0-23 months: At this social hour for caregivers and their babies, those attending will enjoy a storytime and movement activities, as well as toys for the little ones, plus time for caregivers to visit with each other. Register.

Mimic the Masters – Teen Art Club, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., grades sixth/12th: To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, learn about Pablo Picasso and create a cubist portrait. All attendees must bring a photo of a person. Register.

Tremendous Toddlers, from 10 – 10:45 a.m., ages two/three: Singing, dancing, reading, and free play are just part of the fun during these active storytimes. Register.

Fall Harvest Pies, from 6:30 – 8 p.m., Zoom, adults: Learn the secrets to crafting two classic pies that epitomize comfort and warmth – the iconic apple pie and the savory chicken pot pie. Register.
