Dean’s/President’s Lists

Northern Illinois University announced its fall Dean’s List students. Area students who achieved this honor include: From Manhattan – Amanda Gerl, Owen Vaughn, and Jake Kurbis; Manteno – Wes Dwyer, Benjamin Koranda, and Emma Spagnoli; Monee – Hailey Delgado; New Lenox – Griffin Geary, Ken Harris, Michael Olson, Peyton Rimsnider, and Charlotte Rohn.

Upper Iowa University in Fayette announced its Dean’s List for the fall semester. Among those named was Colby Lopez, a psychology major from Monee.

Miami University, in Ohio, recently ranked students in the top three percent of undergraduate students for the fall semester. These students have been named to the President’s List, recognizing academic excellence, and include Gianna Arizzi and Emily Husa, both of New Lenox.

Miami University also recently ranked its students in the top 20 percent of undergraduate students and have named these students to the fall semester Dean’s List. Included in this honor are Gianna Naselli, of Manhattan, and Molly Senffner, of New Lenox.

South Dakota State University, in Brookings, announced Michael Morgan, of New Lenox, has been named to the Dean’s List for the fall semester.

Students named to the fall Dean’s List at the University of Kentucky, in Lexington, are Patrick Kale, Thomas Belka, and Josephine Bernier, all of New Lenox.

Lucas Liberatore of Peotone, was named to the McKendree University fall semester Dean’s List for earning a grade point average of 3.60 or higher.

Local students named to the University of Evansville fall Dean’s List, included Nico Borrelli, of Manhattan, and Emily Palmisano, of Beecher.

The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point honored more than 2,500 undergraduate students for attaining high grade point averages during the fall semester. Local students who received honors included: Delaney Kunkel, of Manhattan, High Honors; and Emma Pinciak, of New Lenox, Highest Honors.

Olivet Nazarene University recently announced students named to its fall Dean’s List. Congratulations to the following students.

From Beecher: Brendan Bunte, Heidi Greer, Emily Hayhurst, Victoria Huenerberg, Kaylee Ipema, Julia Kramer, Margaret Landis, Daniel Meier, Madelynne Oppenhuis, Grace Ruckman, and Marissa Sebastian.

From Crete: Nina Flamini.

From Grant Park: Grace Fick, Madison Franke, Ryan Heldt, Hadleigh Loitz, Madison Meherg, Jessica Schmitt, Kaiya Sellers, Paige Tavoletti, Sophia West, Amanda Williams, and Rachel Witvoet.

From Manhattan: Karleigh Baran, Elise Champlin, Robert Elsinga, Ryan Feyen, Oscar Jones, Faith Mikos, and Jacob Tolbert.

From Monee: Aanelyse Dascenzo, Paige Hermann, Makena Regnerus, and Chad Ulaskas.

From New Lenox: Jessica Brown, Philip Fewkes, Amber Jaskula, Thomas Murray, Grace Ridings, Luke Swallow, Kyle Szymanski, and Justin Vetter.

From Peotone: Olivia Cann, Thomas Carlson, Faith Marquardt, Bradley Oliver, Keetyn Pine, and Gabrielle Roberts.

From Steger: Caden Buxton.

The University of Wisconsin-Madison recognized students named to the Dean’s List for the fall semester, including New Lenox resident Amanda Villalobos.

Grace Adickes, of Crete and a sophomore at Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee, has been named to the college’s Dean’s List for the fall semester.
