Beecher End Season With Loss to Rockets

The game started out rough in the first three innings. The Rockets scored 3 runs on Eva. Coach Hayhurst said they had
chances and weren’t able to take advantage of them.

The third inning was the best. Bobcats had runners on base but could not capitalize on it. The fourth inning was the only inning that they scored. It was a tough day all around.

The four seniors said they will miss will being in the family setting within the team. Seniors will keep their eyes on
the young Lady Bobcats team.

Early on a weekday morning, approaching the curve on Rt. 45 just north of Manteno, many motorists might be tempted to pass this tractor - which would spell danger and disaster. Harvest time means slowing down on roadways, which is a great way to honor farmers. Drive safe; stay safe! –Photo by Melanie Holmes.
